FlipSide, a group aimed at creating the first museum dedicated to San Francisco history, is throwing a big bash to benefit Project Open Hand on Thursday, September 5 6:00 to 11:00PM at the Old Mint. Join Executive Director Kevin Winge, Project Open Hand supporters, and history enthusiasts for an evening of cocktails and stories about LGBT history in San Francisco.

Talks by Stuart Milk, Donna Sachet, Jose Cisneros, Steve Abbott, Bob Dockendorff, AIDS Quilt (The Names Project) and many more

Short films selected with the assistance of Frameline
Exhibits include panels of the AIDS Quilt and displays tracing the history of such groups as Project Open Hand, The Pink Triangle, Stop AIDS and more
Food, music and dancing throughout the evening
